"We stopped by the brewery in May. What a beautiful location--in an old grist mill along the river and a block or so away from a nice park. There is an excellent outdoor seating section. If we had more time, I couldn't imagine a better setting for enjoying an excellent beer than on the patio next to the river.
As for the beer, there were about 10 or 12 on tap, half of which were guest brews. I sampled all of them and have to admit, not a bad beer on tap. Service was excellent as well--we spent some time talking to the brewmaster and even got to sample an uncompleted stout from the kettle.
One of the best breweries I have visited."

"I'm so glad we went here! It's located in beautiful Cedarburg in an old grist mill, right along the river. We went during February, so while it was cold, the snow and the river- and arriving at night was very picturesque. Inside it is very small, Just one room with about maybe 10 or so small tables, and a little bar. The brewing area is in the same room, but it's very cozey. The beer was decent, and the staff was friendly. Nice place!"
