"number 6 from my Siletz list "YEA"
it was a little hazy and cloudy, just a little! which is good. a golden color for this beer. it had a lot of dew grassy notes, a lot of wheat, and some a background of spicy hops."

"Mmmm, nice, thick beer. The beer is not filtered so it has a nice thick look/taste/mouthfeel. The scent and taste is malty, but with enough hops to keep it from tasting too sweet. The bottle states that they use seven different malts and three hop varieties which explains the complexities of the taste. This is a great beer. This is my second bottle from this brewery and it won't be my last. God I love living in the PNW."

"NOTE: POSSBLY BAD BOTTLE. Medium amber color. Medium sized white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and Christmas spices. A medium bodied ìamberî. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are slightly spicy. Dried fruit and spice, caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon. That said there is also an off taste, sort of faded, sour and thin. Will need to retaste. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sour."

"Quite attractive brown with ruby accents in colour, slightly hazy. Good sized bubbly frothy white head. That dissapears fast but leaves nice lace. Spicy hop,and chocolaty malt hop aroma mostly Very spicy taste to this, and with a great malt backbone, some bitterness near the end, but it ends with a long drawn out ripe fruitiness. For some reason figs and raisins come to mind. Very smooth on the palate ,almost like a bottle conditioned beer. Very easy to drink. Nice winter offering from this great little brewery!
