This unfiltered ale is fermented with special wheat beer yeast imparting a clove-like spiciness of vanilla and nutmeg, combined with a fruitiness reminiscent of bananas or apples. Low in bitterness and mildly tart, with a soft roundness characteristic of a Hefeweizen (hazy wheat beer).

"Poured a cloudy yellow orange color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of tons of yeast, banana, brown sugar, and light citrus. Taste of more banana, light citrus, clove, nutmeg, an earthy dry yeast, and more carbonation than i’d like in a hefe."
