We have blended eight different styles of barley with a variety of domestic hops to create this medium bodied amber ale with a mild hop finish. The taste is out of this world!

"Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Hops and grass with some slight maltyness in aroma. Flavour is malts, hops and a lot of grass. Not very special, but gives a new state rated. "

"Good, definately good. My aunt and uncle brought this back from their vacation in Roswell for my Dad and I. Very rich caramel and toffe, not what I expected from an american amber ale, but still quite good. Subdued hops (too subdued) but a quite good malt presence in the the nose and palate. Coats well and I would think this a great beginner beer."

"This beer comes courtesy of beerguy101, thanks Mitch. This beer pours a clear amberish red color with a thin white head which dissipated almost immediately but left an islandy lacing on the glass. The aroma is bready, malty with citrusy fruits and a hint of candy sugar. The flavor is bready, medium bodied and smooth. Some sticky syrupyness evident due to the malt. Sweet finish, oranges, nectarines, not as dry as I would have expected. A tad watery in the finish, little bittering hop presence. Decent mouthfeel, refreshing but not astounding.

"Dark amber brown color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is malt, caramel and toffee, somewhat sweet. A medium bodied amber. Malts are fruity an sweet. Hops are earthy and slightly floral. Fairly tasty as amber ales go. Very drinkable. I did not see any strange lights in the sky or get visited by any large eyed gray green aliens while writing this review or drinking the beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet."

"The Roswell Alien Amber poured a light amber with a frothy white head that quickly went to a bubbly collar.
It had almost no aroma whatsoever. Very faint malt and toffee.
The flavor was some roasted caramel and toffee with a little metallic faint bitterness. It was pretty thin and watery.
Overall, this was a very bland "beginner" beer. Kind of like a bastard step-child of Fat Tire."
