Shiner Hefeweizen (Hef-ay-vite-zen) is a classic unfiltered Bavarian-style wheat brew. Once poured into a glass, the distinctively cloudy Shiner Hefeweizen delivers a fresh, satisfying flavor from start to finish.

"This brew poured a pale cloudy orange color with a pure white head. The aroma was wheat and some sour orange. The mouthfeel is thin to medium. The flavor is pleasant though pretty plain, very faint citrus and spice. Overall, decent tailgater."

"Pours a somewhat hazy straw yellow with a nice thick white head. Aroma is strong and wheaty with a dominating citrus component, mainly lemon. Flavor is fairly typical of a wheat beer and has a nice lemony overtone. Texture is smooth, just a little bit on the watery side."

"I thought this was another interesting beer from shiner. I just recently started finding them in my grocery store . A very good priced beer, and pours nice, good color. Aroma is mild , and taste is good. All around a good find, and no head ache from this beer. "

"Pours a slightly hazey clear golden colour with a large head that quickly dissipates. aromas are there and pleasent- sweet and a touch of wheat. But mouthfeel and flavor, is where it lacks the most. water in the mouthfeel, way too light and not enough wheat and fruit in the flavor. Finishes very smooth."

"Strong citrus/lemony aroma with hint of yeast. A good head and great first taste - bang! Cloudy, as it's supposed to be, with a mid-milky-gold color. A very refreshing summer kick in the butt - Like beer lemonade with bite. Loved it."
