"Pours out in a hazy golden colour, topped with a slippery creamy white foam. Mild aroma of dried oranges, minerals and yeast. Rather light-bodied with notes of mandarin, mild yeast, anise, Seville oranges and menthol. Smooth mouthfeel. Dryish finish of grass, mint and Seville oranges. "
