Defies categorization. An array of caramel and Pilsener malts, fermented with four yeast strains and keg conditioned with a fifth: Two very unique Belgian strains for flavor, three English for attenuation. Brewed for a beer washed cheese project with Jasper Hill Farm.

"Poured a hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus fruits, dark fruits as well, caramel malts, sweet honey, tart lemon or green apple as well. Taste of more citrus fruits, toffee, green apples, brown sugar, wtih light yeast and a touch of alcohol as well."
