Toll Tender is a copper-colored ale with a pronounced hop aroma due to the time-honored tradition of dry hopping. This American-style India pale ale is a single hop varietal beer that gets it's flavor and aroma from selected Magnum hops.

"I had this both on tap and off the hand pump. Cask version had a thick, lasting sandy head. Good floral and citrus hop character. Hops kind of fell out of the flavor leaving only a thin maltiness. On tap the hop aroma was less juicy and the appearance was more mundane, but the flavor was similar."
