Our Hefeweizen is a golden unfiltered wheat beer. It is the only German-style Hefeweizen produced in Maine. We ferment it with a traditional German yeast strain which produces it's unique fruitiness. Malted red wheat gives it a light crisp body and dense white head. It is light in the body so it easy to drink at any time. Sebago Hefeweizen pairs well with shellfish, grilled vegetables and salads, as well as being an ideal thirst quencher. It is available March - August.
