"It's black and I can't see through it! Two fingers' worth of frothy tan head, but gone oh so quickly. Aroma was mild, too mild really, and was perhaps of some malt and maybe dark plum? Taste was rather different than what the nose suggested, some dark chocolate and burnt coffee; reminded me of a porter. Mouth and finish were okay. Not a remarkable beer, but drinkable. "
