"(thanks Bov!). Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is superbly imperial wheaty with some acidic fruity hints. Acidic citrus and wheat in flavour. Refreshing, extremely nice and pleasant. "

"Cloudy light yellow appearance. Low dissapearing white foam. Fresh acidic aroma of lemon. really refreshing flavour of lemon and orange-peels. Tart lemony aftertaste. "

"Extremely pale yellow in color - an almost whitish or even clear aspect to it, like pear juice. Almost no head on the pour and what was there dissipated quickly. Flavor was very sour and acidic, almost lambic like, and stayed with you all the way thourgh the finish. Tried a second bottle with woodruff syrup that cut the sourness quite a bit and made it much more drinkable. Very much in style for a Berliner Weiss."

"yellow-white, lactic colour, no head, vinegar and rhubarb aroma, extremly sour, long dry and sour finish - not really about balance but far better than the Berliner Kindl Weisse. Anyway, not an easy beer and not my kind of stuff."

"Bottle. Poured a very pale yellow, no head to speak of. Aroma is like cider. Flavour is acid, citrus sour. Thought I was drinking champagne at first. Shockingly different, but I can't say that I like it."
