"This German Hefeweizen pours a slightly cloudy orange gold color from a 50cl bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, long lasting with excellent retention. The aroma is grassy and fruity with some banana and clove. A medium bodied Hefeweizen. The malts are fruit and sweet. A touch of grain and some banana and clove flavor. The hops are mild and earthy. Nice balance. Excellent carbonation, with lots of small effervescent bubbles. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. "
