Light-colored, crystal clear, this beer has a fine-pored head that adheres well to the glass. It has a fresh, top-fermented, strongly fruity aroma. On the tongue it is fresh, sparkling, clean and full-bodied. It finishes with a light, delicate taste of bitters leaving behind a spritzig-sour impression.

"Pale gold, yellow. Thick white, whipped head.
Wheat malt aroma, touch of vanilla, green citrusy fruit smells, and a hint of a hop note. Can't smell any clove or other signature aromas of this style.
Taste is subdued wheat, some toastiness. Not very complex. Good thirst quencher, but not remarkable.
Moderate carbonation, but body quite light... slips away fairly quickly... gives the impression of a creaming soda or similar. I'm not overly impressed with this."
