This full-bodied, dry stout has the bitterness of roasted barley with flaked barley added for a smooth finish.

"Bottle given to me by the brewer at a tasting in KC. Pours an opaque dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is malty with caramel undertones. Flavor is sweet up front but a subtle bitter aftertaste. A really good beer overall."

"Creamy, velvety, the best mouthfeel I've yet encountered, what a delight! The taste was more coffee than chocolate and quite dry, did I finally pick up on the Irish moss? Unfortunately nearly no head, and no trace of lacing. A wonder for the mouth, a disappointment for the eyes."
