Our Tap Room Brewer Brennan has hand crafted this ale to celebrate his marriage to the beautiful Natasha. This unique brew has the color of a brown ale, but the aroma of an American style IPA. Dry Hopped with Cascade and Willamette, this beer will prove just how complex a brown ale can be. 5.2% abv, 40 IBU’s, O.G. 13P.

"A dark brown appearance with a white head. The aroma contains some nutmeg, molasses, and caramel. The flavor is less sweet than expected. Some nutmeg, chocolate, and caramel. Oddly slightly bitter in the finish. Overall this was an above average brown."

"Tasted at Noogfest 4.0 (2008). This brown ale pours a light brown color from the growler. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is hoppy, malty and a touch nutty. A medium bodied brown ale, The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are citrusy and earthy. It’s a cross between an IPA and a brown ale. Sort of works, the flavors do seem a little muted. The mouthfeel is full. The finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. "
