"Hazy dark brown with a rich tan-coloured foam. Full, sweet and yeasty aroma of over-riped bananas, sweet licorice, sweet chocolate, black currant and coriander. Full, warming and potent flavour of dark chocolate, nutmeg, banana, licorice and figs. Long yeasty finish of cocoa, caramel, nut-shells and sweet licorice. "
