The Christmas beer is brewed with traditional care; it has an amber-golden color, a malty slightly spicy aroma and a full bittersweet flavor.

"Cloudy dark golden with a small white foam. Yeasty and rather spritzy aroma of white bread tonic water, minerals, almonds, forest and vegetables. Sounds interesting, huh? Wheaty, spicy and quite alocoholic aroma of biscuit, white bread, acetone, berries and dust. medium bodied with a dryish spritzy mouthfeel. Spicy and very yeasty finish with notes of anise, raw yeast and alcohol. Quite a dissapointment."
