A hop lover's delight! In the India Pale Ale tradition, this brew is very hoppy in both aroma and flavor from the generous amounts of cascade hops used in brewing. Look for a medium to full body and golden straw color. Enjoy!

"This is the third of a variety six pack. The other, darker beers were brewed more than a week ago. Another amber colored beer The tannish-whire foamy head on this one is robust and hangs around for awhile, settling eventually into some soapy lacing. There’s some citrus, some sweetness and some floral hops nicely blended into the aroma. This is a full bodied beer. There is definitely a lot of hops in my drink. And it is not unpleasant."

"What an awesome, hoppy, almost citrusy beverage! This is the epitome of what an Amercian IPA should be. The color is awesome and one can engage all senses while enjoying this brew. Cheers!"

"It pours a nice golden amber with a thin white head that leaves good lacing on the glass, but the hops are the main focus here. The aroma of hops fills the nose with a floral, piney and resiny bouquet. The palate is medium bodied with an earthy malt character that is subdued by the by the fairly strong but not overpowering hops. Hop notes on the tongue are piney, citrusy and a little bit floral. Saranacs IPA has a pleasant hop bitterness from start to finish and is very refreshing and easy to drink. Well done!

"Pretty good. My problem is when I got the mixed 6 pack is that there wasn't much difference between the Saranc Pale Ale and there IPA. Just my opion. Neither of them were bad just very similar."

"A copper colored beer with an OK beige head. The aroma is quite strong with notes of straw, hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet and very malty to start off with, but soon the aroma hops hits You with notes of grass, and citrus, on a back drop of caramel, which again leads on to a dry hoppy bitter end still with the citrusy notes lingering around."
