"Average at best. Saint Arnolds worst beer but only because it is wheat based. It really taste hoppy for a wheat beer which kind of defeats the purpose. I think the formula could be better for this beer, considering how good Saint Arnold is at making good beers. "

"Pours a deep golden hue. Has no head with good amount of bubbles. Smells of orange, lemon, lime, and light spicy hops.
Tastes of orange and lemon dominate the first sips. As it warms, nice malty taste peeks out. Nice mouthfeel as the carbonation and lemon tickle the tastebuds. Finishes with some gooeyness in the mouth. In the aftertaste, the hops become a bit more prevalent.
There's a taste I can't quite put my finger on that takes away from the experience-- almost a slight buttery taste at times. The St. Arnie's Spring Bock has the same taste only stronger. Maybe it's the malt, I don't know--- or maybe wonderful city of Houston water!"

"Pours pale amber with excellent clarity. The head is thin, but lasting. The deep aroma is malty with some citrus and a mild wheatiness. Not usually a big fan of the weizen flavor, this one really surprised me. The hops presence was unusually strong and there was a wonderful grassiness, fresh-cut in character. A pleasant Summer drink."

"Sampled from bottle. Pale gold with a wheat and mild fruit aroma. The very mild wheat flavor actually overpowers the bittering hops. It was missing the banana and clove characteristics found in most weisse beers. More of an American wheat than a weisse."
