It is made from premium Canadian 2-row barley and rich, dark malts from Scotland. It is a full-bodied, high alcohol beer, traditionally brewed with no added flavours. Conditioned (or aged) for over six weeks, this festive brew is creamy, smooth, and easy to drink. It has a sweet caramel malt nose with hints of black cherry. Caramel malt taste and a mild alcohol heat results in a very well balanced brew.
