"This is a staple beer for me, and a benchmark for my own pitiful attempts at brewing a similar style.
Pours a pale amber honey.
Aroma & flavour: This is a great balance of hop & malt. Fruity esters, pinapple/pear/lychee notes. Light muesli-grain & nut aftertaste.
Medium bitterness, a light acid tingle. Good stuff, for any season, and one of Australia's finest. Even better on tap....
