Pronounced citrus and floral overtones as a result of dry hopping with Centennial and Ahtanum hops. A touch of flaked rye lends a dry finish

"THere is nothing all that great and all that bad about this beer. It is fairly light bodied and has a bit of funk in it, possibly due to the extreme old age of the bottles i found. I would have it again for the 4 dolla i payed for the sixer."

"Holy lord what have I stumbled across. A yellowish orange appearance with some sweaty sock and lemon aroma. The flavor is very odd and sour with some hay, lemons, and whatever funk that was left in the vats from the previous brew. A yeasty and slimy presence exist. The bottle recommends mixing it with 4oz of pineapple or grapefruit juice?? I can see why you would want to."

"Red Brick Summer Brew pours a very cloudy light brown color with a rather large, bubbly white head. Aroma is of light fruits, with some noticeable sour yeast notes. Somewhat grassy and lemony, with a very light banana background. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, but maybe a little thin. Flavor is dry and grainy, with some bitterness and sourness as well. Would be a fairly refreshing beer during the hot summer months, but otherwise pretty average American wheat. Thanks to Staleyiv for sending this one."

"The aroma is sweet with citrus and floral scents. The appearance is a cloudy golden color typical to wheat beers and has a lasting white head. The mouthfeel is dry and sweet with a nice finish. The flavor is citrusy and floral with overtones of rye. Overall, this is a good wheat beer but is not more unique than any other wheat beer I have had. "
