Beer as Big as the Eastern Sierra.
Organic pilsner malt, dark Munich malts, and noble hops combine to produce a smooth, velvety malt character and a balanced hop finish.

"The labels of Mammoth's beers have changed, the names have changed, the website has changed...I'm going to go ahead and assume the brewing process has changed. Besides, this is a new addition to their line up. They didn't make an amber ale prior to this.
This leaves very lacy foam on the glass, with a thin layer of head. The beer is still pretty thin tasting. There is plenty of bubbles in the beer, but it has the consistency of every other one of their beers. Orange-amber color. Smells of caramel and malty goodness. In fact, the aroma is the best part of this beer. Tastes of weak malts, and minimal hops. Makes you feel a bit like a goldfish...immediately after swallowing it, you can't remember what it tasted like.
All of Mammoth's beers may have had a facelift and a few new gang members, but inside the bottle it is the same old uninteresting, flat beer.
