A Dusseldorf-style altbier brewed with all barley malt and dry-hopped with Hallertau Middlefruh. Fermented in the 60's and lagered in the high 30's, this batch was made for the first time in 2006 for Circa restaurants.

"Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aromawas bready, with some grassy hops, toffee malts, nuts, and caramel. Taste of more caramel, and nuts, with light cocoa, citrus, and a lightly bitter, hoppy finish."
