"I understand the concept of glutten free beer but I am glad I can drink regular beer. As a mead this is a very bitter one I have never had a carbonated mead either. These will be interesting to have other folks try"

"This poured a bright golden color with a nice, tall head and some bubble action. The aroma was very sweet and the taste lived up to the name of "honey beer." I found it to have a nice, sweet taste. It was a very tasty mead and I would gladly have it again. "

"Better than nothing, for the celiacs. Like a small mead with obvious molasses, not a bad thing, and no discernable hops. Sweet molasses/honey finish preceded by prickly carbonation and slim mouthfeel that just did nothing for me. It was pointed out this might be nice poured over some ice on a scalding hot day...i might try it then and there."

"OK, this was a strange one to rate, because it was not like any other mead i’ve head, yet did not have the characteristics I usually find in beer. It poured a bright golden color with a mildly sticky, white, bubbly head and no lacing on the glass. Sweet aroma of honey and molasses, but an alcoholic presence was also there. Too much water and too little honey in the taste. Initially this tasted just like sparkling water, then a light fruitiness (grapes), and the aftertaste was very sweet and mead like. However, this was more flavorful than the other gluten-free beer I had."
