This style beer originated in Einbeck, Germany almost 700 years ago. This style has undergone subtle changes through the years as the major brewing centers of the world have changed. Ours is characteristic of the earliest examples; moderate alcohol content, mild with detectable hop levels and a lightly toasted malt flavor.

"This was an extremely hoppy, yeasty beer. It had a mild to strong aftertaste with a little bit of toast flavor to it. i am not a big fan of this dry beer."
