This fall favorite gives craft beer drinkers a delicious reason to postpone fall chores like raking leaves. This year we've added a new kick to this brew's already celebrated recipe with the inclusion of Cascade hops. This gives the mahogany colored ale a more full-bodied and balanced flavor, while still maintaining its signature malty, sweet finish, making it the perfect accompaniment for a crisp fall afternoon.

"Brown body with some red notes a large white crown floates on top with phenomenal retention. Sour malty, soapy, with some hop aroma. Aroma is sour and unpleasant. Sour bile flavour built on mild nutty malts. Brew has a bitter finish with a long lasting coffee after taste. Piney hops are detectable. Why does this taste like soap? Ugggg…. I can drink this but it’s not all that great in fact I don’t really like it."

"Nice malty ale. Goes well with pumpkin pie. Pours a light brown or tannish color with minimal head. Not overly hoppy. Simple and smooth in the mount. Very drinkable and refreshing. "

"Aroma is of malted hops and a coppery smell (in a good way). Dark mahogany in color with a full mouthful. The flavor is full bodied and tastes of roasted malts and hops with an almost bitter yet nice flavor to finish. Decent head to begin with"

"Lots of toasted malt in the aroma with light smoke and a mild earthiness. Deep amber color, sizable khaki head and minor spotty lacing. Full bodied amber ale, nice malt content. Surprisingly good smoked feel as well. Flavorful with malt tastes ranging from sweet to nutty. Wood and smoke backed up by mild hops, sort of tangy. Good seasonal brew from Pyramid."

"Chestnut amber color with half finger head and very little lacing. Aroma was rather nondescript malty. Flavor was nutty, roasty with a touch of caramel. Much less caramel than the typical amber. As it warmed some sweet citrus reminiscent of lemongrass emerged. Not bad!"
