Snake Hollow was the original name of the Potosi hollow and here we have a brew
with real character. It is an India Pale Ale, which according to tradition requires the plentiful addition of
flavorful hops during the kettle boil. Subsequently during the aging process additional flavoring hops
are introduced into the storage tank to provide a fine aromatic hop character. This sturdy ale will satisfy
the many hopheads among the new age of beer aficionados.
