"Pours a clear very light yellow. Aroma is sweet with an alcohol presense. Flavor is odd. Expect a wine flavor, but it has a floral/earthy taste to the sweetness. Ok I suppose. This is my first mead so my opinion probably doesn't matter much. HUGE thanks to Dansting for scoring this bottle. 51 out of 51! We're the coolest."

"Poured a clear yellow color with no head or lacing (since it is a honey wine and all). Aroma a sweet wine with hints of honey and flowers. Flavor has a warming presence to it, with the elderflowers present in the aftertaste. Meads aren't my thing, but at least I'm done with North Dakota."
