A classic rendition of the Style named after another one of the owners passions, the Indian Motorcycle. The bikes were fabricated in nearby Springfield Ma and at one time rivaled Harley Davidson. Jay's collection of antique bikes can be seen in Paper City's tasting room. For our IPA we use nearly two pounds of hops per barrel of British East Kent Goldings and American Yakima Goldings hops. We also use British light crystal, body building Munich malt, and North American pale malt. India'n Pale ale pulls from both the British and American traditions.

"A bit darker amber pour with a decent creamy white head. Little bit of hops on the nose. Touch of grapefruit as well. More malt in the background that most IPA's, but good hops as well. A fairly good balance. Mouthfeel was decent. Finish was smooth, not as bitter as most IPA's. Definately worth a try."

"This is good stuff from a brewery I just can't get enough of. Pours a bright golden with lots of carbonation and a fluffy sticky white head. Aroma is sweet caramel, a touch grainy, and very citrussy, like orange rinds and grapefruit. Flavor starts with slight graininess and caramel, then turns sharply bitter. Finish is dry, with grapefruit and orange rinds attacking the tongue. I was very pleased with this one."

"Beautiful cristal clear deep amber body topped by a medium thick lasting off white head that leaves a good amount of lace behind. Slightly sweet and citrusy hop aroma with a good malt background. Slightly citrusy hop flavor with a slight metallic tinge. Medium bodied and dry."
