"Sampled on tap at NB & at Choice City Butcher & Deli (omg...mmmmm, mmm)Pours dark gold with lasting head. Smells peppery and Belgian, with some sour fruit notes. Very, very tasty with an interesting balance of sweet acidity and sourness; the peaches almost disappear, turned to alcohol. Medium bodied with effervescent carbonation. Well done Eric!"

"Pours with a deep golden body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sour and tart with a nice citrus note and a touch of horse blanket, as well as, a touch of sweet malt. The flavor is similar with a bit more malt and a hint of hops. The overall flavor reminds me of sour apples. Light bodied and crisp."

"Poured a golden yellow color with a thin head. The lacing was pretty solid, the finest part of the appearance, nice rings around the glass, although only an inch or so above the surface, all the way down. The aroma was peaches, light vinegar, some other tart light fruits. The flavor was amazingly complex, served way too cold initially, where peaches and an awkward apple tart dominated with a wood/oak flavor underneath. As it warmed, other light fruits came out to play, including apples, pears, and eventually grapes. Good tartness behind the fruitiness to keep this one really refreshing. Up there among the best of the fruit beers I've had. Mouthfeel was moderate with medium carbonation and a slightly acidic finish."

"Had this one on tap at the infamous Toronado. The pour was a light golden color with a white head. The aroma was sour and fruity--it definitely smells like a lambic. The taste was nice--very fruity and light with a really refreshing mouthfeel and plenty of tartness. This one will make you pucker a few times, but it is easy to drink and very enjoyable. I highly reccomend it. "

"A very interesting beer, and probably one of the first "lambic" style of beers I've tried from a brewer in the US. While it's not a lambic, it has the tartness of a lambic. The nose was a bit metallic like a dirty penny. Apperance was a cloudy light golden color. Mouthfeel was lively. Flavor was supposed to be peaches, but quite frankly I didn't get any. It did provide some sweetness, but the tartness took most of my attention. I definitely enjoyed this."
