"This dunkel pours a medium amber brown color from a 33cl bottle. Small sized white foamy head.
The aroma is light caramel, touch of fruit, with some earthy hops. A light to medium bodied dunkel. The malts are caramel and a touch bready. The hops are a touch earthy. Lightly carbonated. Touch of spiciness and some smoke. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

"(Bottle, trade with joss in Germany). Organic! Reddish brown colour, very good head. Roasted malts, toast, caramel, oak and pine wood in the aroma, some smokiness. Flavour is all malts + a slight smokiness, nice bitterness, well balanced. This is a good dunkel!"
