"Cask. Dark brownish colour with brown bubbly head. Sweet licoracy aroma. Soft licorace flavour with hints of toffee and malt. Smooth palate. Aftertaste is a bit caramellish."

"Cask at the Swan in the Rushes, Loughborough. Dark brown with ruby red hues. Creamy white head, great lacing. Malty, liquorice and caramel taste, full bodied, very smooth and creamy. Excellent porter."
