When combining organic wild honey from the Creston Valley with carefully chosen malted barley and hops we created a natural ale with delicate sweetness and a wild flower aroma. This incredibly tasty beer has a light malty character that is easy to drink and very satisfying. Enjoy!

"Beer pours a standard not surprising honey brown with a slight haze to it, big pillowy cap with good retention and had tons of stringy lacing very nice looking brew. The aroma is creamy and smooth very malty, roasted smells can be detected along very mild citrusy hops that don’t overpower the nice malt character to the brew, aroma over all is very mild but still very good. Taste is roasted malts and light hops, it’s very mild tasting with a slightly bitter finish, I think I can detect some sweet berries hiding in the background giving the taste a slight sweetness this most likely coming from the honey but the actual taste of honey I can’t seem to find. Mouth feel full and creamy, thick and smooth very refreshing brew to drink. Good beer all around, highly enjoyable and well crafted."

"Good looking orange / amber brew that poured a huge rocky white head with good retension and pretty decent ropy lacing. Aroma is obviously honey dominated with some bready malts, grapefruit, touch of alcohol and the smallest hint of what I'll call chocolate - I know this can't be, but I wrote it down....I'll have another to dispell that last one... Taste was a bit watery and was missing a notable ammount of honey but did have a cross between dusty dry bready malts and biscuity malts. A hint of grapefruit (too (faint) - overall it tasted kinda odd. Mouthfeel was very creamy and soft with a dry bread finish and some minimal bitterness. I drank this waaaay to warm."
