"Bought at the Dépanneur de la Rive in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Pours a deep caramel-amber colour with a decent creamy off-white head. Good lacing too. The aroma is quite mild, specially for a strong beer like that. Some alcohol and apples, but very light. The apples are also present in the taste. No alcohol burns though, very well-hidden. Very smooth and pleasant. The best Multi-Brasses brew I have had so far."
