"I first tried this beer in the heart of last winter. Mueller's was featuring it on draught with little explanation. The next time I visited, a few months later, they still had it on tap, but had also bottled it as their 8th Anniversary production. In my opinion, it is worthy of the upgrade. Pours bright pink, slightly cloudy, with a pastel pink head. Looks like a strawberry soda and what girl wouldn't love that? Sorry guys. The aroma is lightly hoppy with tart rasberries stealing the show. The flavor is light, clean, refreshing. Seems like the base beer is probably a Pale Ale just loaded down with the signature fruit. The body is exceptionally light with fizzy, effervescent carbonation. Schlafly makes the only Rasberry Wheat I like better."

[2] Review by Brett from Far from good beer, OK, USA who has tried this beer once. (12/4/2005 8:46:03 PM)
"Sampled on draft at the brewery and again in the 8th Anniversary bottle. Pours cloudy, dark red in color - much like a a raspberry. Frothy head and remarkable lacing. Aroma was like smelling a bowl of fresh raspberries with just a bit of the underlying wit's spiciness noted. The flavor was enjoyable, but nearly all of the wit character had been dimished by the berries. Medium-bodied, balanced and easy to drink. Not quite the beer Schlafly Rasberry Wheat was, but still one of the better fruit beers that I've sampled. "
