True IPAs were high in both alcohol and hops to survive the long hot voyage from Britain to India. This makes it a big and flavourful beer stye. Our version is no exception. Traditional English malts and hops are used to give this copper brew a big flavour. This beer has a slightly roasted note with a strong hop bitterness and flavour.

"I really enjoyed this beer. It's amber in colour with a white head. The aroma is as expected with a hoppy front, and a malty back. The flavour isn't as bitter as IIPA, but the citrusy bitterness is definitely present."

"The body is a deep copper colour with a little bit of head to cap the top. The head doesn't stay though. Aroma is definitely hops, with some caramel notes in it. A very clean and crisp mouthfeel is provided from the hops. Average flavourwise with the bitter finish not all that heavy. Not for those who are looking for a big hop kick, but the beer would be good as a session ale or a refreshing break."
