"Reddish amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is spices, yeast, alcohol, malts and toffee. Flavour is caramel, candy, alcohol, some spices cookies and yeast. all in a really nice balance ."

"Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear dark reddish brown colour topped with a creamy beige foam. Sweet malty and fairly yeasty aroma of raisin, dades, vanilla, oak and spices. Full and rather vinous flavour of port, raisin, vanilla and alcohol. Long warming finish of raisin, alcohol, brown sugar with a dryish spicy sensation. Tasty but I liked their Monky Brew even more."
