This pale ale is named after writer and explorer Rudyard Kipling (RK). The intense hoppy citrus and floral aroma and flavor of this brew are created by the American and English hops utilized during the brewing process. In addition, notes of caramel can be detected in the flavor. This brew is similar to our English-style and American-style pale ales with a much stronger hop and malt character. If you don't like hoppy beer don't walk...run away.
