"Pour was a super deep, bright gold with smallish head and some lacing. A sweet syrupy aroma and also some hoppage. The flavor was very sweet with a syrupy mouthfeel with a grassy hop bite finish to try to keep this from being a malt-bomb. I’m not sure it succeeded."

"After having a bad run in with some serious DMS a few weeks ago, now if there's even a low level of the stuff it seems like it's packed full of it. This was the case here with this beer, although the levels were a bit more manageable. A vegetative nose with some caramel sweetness as the DMS dissipates. The beer is amber in color with a nice creamy one-finger thick head. Flavors had a strange earthy/grassy character that really didn't sit well with what I like. Not something I'd likely revist."

"This beer pours a translucent copper colour with a small, thin off white head. Plenty of carbonation, colour is attractive and vibrant. Retention is mediocre, mouthfeel is lighter. Aroma is pleasent, soft honey, carmel and full of bright hop character. Taste is slightly biscuity, with flavors of caramel, grapes and pecans. "

"This bock beer pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head, that quickly dissipates with some lacing. The aroma is caramel and sweet with hints of fruit, mainly orange and pineapple. A medium bodied Heller Bock. The malts are biscuit and toffee with lots of sweet fruitiness. The hops are earthy and a touch floral. Nice balance. The carbonation is full and kind of soft. Starts off sweet and finishes slightly bitter. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. "
