Medovina's Apis One features Medovina's premium honey and select Colorado pears. The result is a delicate and floral wine that preserves the very essence of the pears. The bouquet features delicate notes of fresh pears, which are also clearly evident on the palate. This sophisticated wine is light in body and has a crisp, clean, and warm finish. Enjoy this wine on a fresh palate. Before dinner, it pairs beautifully. It pairs wonderfully with shaved parmesan cheese. It is also delicious with your favorite shellfish.

"A pale yellow color with no head. The aroma is honey, booze, and some cinammon. The flavor is sweet with some honey, pears, and assorted spices. Nothing special but it was ok."

"Pours a clear gold and this is the first sparkling mead I can think of from Medovina. The pears are pretty subtle in this. The aroma actually starts out with a bit of a sulfury note. There’s the typical floral quality of a good mead and a slight heat in the finish."
