"Bottle opened same day I bought it from the brewery. Another amber beer in the never ending list of amber ales in Vermont. This pours from the bottle with a small head that settles into a thin white sheen. Aroma is more malt than hops. Taste isn’t as hoppy as I’d expect from McNeills but not too bad at all."

"Cask, poured a cloudy orange brown color with a bubbly off white head and nice lacing on the glass. Nice citrus, and light floral hop aroma. Sticky grapefruit, bittering hops, possibly more grapefruit peel? This was very enjoyable."
