Lot's of hops! Full bodied, big malt flavor to balance the large amount of special, but little used American hop called Ahtanum. This beer is an American style India Pale Ale, light amber in color. 65 IBUs

"Poured a copper color with a thin but consisting of large bubbles, that were off white and left very spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma was sweet caramel, and fruity, most notably the dominant, citrus hop aroma. Taste was full of bitterness, also grassy, some grapefruit. Middle consisted of fruit, a sour lime flavor prevailed and it finished very sweet, like and orange maltiness. A very creamy and full mouthfeel."
