This is one of our very best selling beers and not surprisingly it won the Best All Around Brew at the 1999 Spectrum of Beers in Irvine, California. This is a full flavored lager with big rich malt flavor and balanced with Perle hops. These lagers are traditionally brewed in the dead of winter and aged until May, hence the name.
