"Vegas, again...
Dumped out of the bottle. Small fizzy off white head that lives on as a ring, a cloudy metamucil-like beer after I ruined its nice clarity by dropping in the yeast bomb at the bottom of the bottle. The aroma is quite refreshing but uninspiring. Dammit, I need to finish this off so I can go eat the cold pizza in the fridge. Mellow citrus, soft malts, slight floral scent. Goes back smooth until the tartness of the yeast hits. Sharp yet dull citrus taste, almost sour yeast, very obvious hops, ok malts that I cannot describe. Tingly in the mouth, a bit thick, sour residue fades to dryness. Don't really see seeking out this style again - not that I sought out this bottle. It was one of 31 bottles that I got at Khory's in Henderson, NV - a killer store."

"Fränken Bierausflug, Day#4, Brewery#18, Beer#37. Obtained vom faß at the brewery tap. Pale amber, lightly cloudy, with a medium tan head and fair lacing. Light malty nose; skimpy mouthfeel with a tangy bitter edge. Light malt and pale caramel flavors and a mild bitterness. Disappointingly mild and thin with little of the character I had come to expect from Fränken kellerbier."

"This Kellerbier pours a deep orange gold color from a 500ml bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied keller. Malts are fruity and estery. Hops are slightly floral and earthy, Touch of orange. Very mild tasting beer, the flavors are nice but there are much there. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. "

"Bronze colour with a low white head. Grass and butter in aroma. Smooth buttery flavour with notes of fat pale malts and grass. Solid malty aftertaste with an overpowering buttery tone."

"Also my first kellerbier experience and I found it rather indifferent. Not too distant from any lager really, barring the citruisy tang and cloudy appearence. Poured an almost orange colour, very cloudy. A musty aroma, sharp though with strong citruis mouthfeel. A very acidic beer which affects its drinkability slightly, but still refreshing. Worth a try just to experience the style. "
