"I liked this quite a bit more than I did the Jinx that comes out every fall. Pours a dark golden color, with 2 fingers of head. Aroma is wonderfully smoky, with other malty hints. This has a nice smooth mouthfeel, without too much carbonation. Flavor is nice and complex. Initial flavors are chocolate, caramel, and a hint of roasted malt. These flavors are immediately followed by a blast of smoked malt. Finish is dry, and fairly bitter. I liked this beer quite a bit, I hope it makes a return someday."
