"Take this review with a grain of salt because I think I got an old bottle here but I’m not sure of it. Beer pours a dark brown to a muddy yellow color there seems to be a slight cloudiness in the body. There is absolutely no head at all its just a glass of brown water sitting in front of me this brew looks like crap. First smell that hits me is freshly made unfiltered apple juice, malts are very mild and hard to identify any kind specific aroma off them. The brew doesn’t smell good but also not horrid, 3 seems way to low but 4 also seems to high to score it as. Taste is sour bread and more of that unfiltered apple juice. I can detect some mild hops but they aren’t tasty they just taste flat and boring. Oh dear god this is starting to warm up even more now and the bread flavor is starting to overtake everything. This is a dam strange after taste vanilla mixed with melon it’s not good and I’m running for anything in my fridge to drown out this flavor. This was crap, pure crap didn’t enjoy this brew on any level however like I said this might have been an old bottle so take that into account. "

"Not sure what this is....appears weak with a strange golden/peach colour similar to a very weak raspberry ale. Fair sized white rocky head that fades to near to nothing. The aroma is something near to a cider with peach notes - very fruity overall and some malts. Taste is also fruity and bitter, some sweet biscuit malts that you definetly notice at the end. The bitterness is quite biting which is interesting in this...whatever this is. Light to light medium bodied. Good carbonation, odd middle that seems to taste like alcohol but isn't. Tart, spritzy bitter finish with lingering malt softness. I don't think I'll get this again, but it wasn't bad and went down very fast."

"Found this in the cooler at the Kensington wine Market in Calgary...no mention of it on Yukon's web site though..it may be a contract brew?? Pours pale gold with a slightly hazey look and a small white rocky cap. Nose is interesting...fruity (like cider) and malty. smooth, fruity and slightly sweet malty, attenuated hops..with the biscuit malt pounding through in the finish and leaving a malty after taste...this is almost a copy of F&M’s retooled Stone Hammer pils....but slightly sweeter.
