"Dark ruby red colour, small white head. Fresh fruity, very refreshing aroma. Strong hoppy, quite dryish flavour. Also some barley or similar is present. Strong hoppy aftertaste. "

"Another new one for me this year. And to be honest, I was quite impressed by this one. I think they used an obscure yeast (German wheat? Belgian?) and/or fermented fairly warm, since there are definate banana&clove-like esters here (that are normally only associated with german-style hefeweizens). Beleive it or not, this works for me, as a festive seasonal ale. A very even balance of malt & hops, with enough body and mouthfeel to make it worth your while to savor and enjoy. An interesting and enjoyable offerering with a different and tasty twist.

"Medium brown color. Small quickly disappearing head. Aroma is very faint, but it a mix of malts, yeasts and fruit.A medium bodied ale. Malts are slightly sweet and a little fruity. Hops are mild. Fairly sweet and somewhat fruity, with all the usual winter ale spices. Hints of vanilla. Really lacking in any carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet."
