"Sampled on draft at the Lucky Lab, Portland 05/06. Mostly clear gold with a nice white head and lacing. Apple, grass, honey and sweet malt aroma. Balanced with pepper & pear. Medium-full body, smooth. Great maibock."

"I give Lucky Labrador credit for at least limiting this to a seasonal, as it was the most disapponting of everything on tap. Pours clear gold with miniml head. Nearly odorless. Malt is barely notable in the flavor; it is mainly comprised of citrus and sulphur. Light, watery body and overly carbonated."
