Brewery Description:
In the Bar at Sydney's oldest licensed hotel, apart from our own beers we have six other varieties available on tap, as well as a plethora of imported bottled beer.
Tap beers are available in middies (half pints) or pints, along with many local wines by the glass. Its old world atmosphere, open fire in winter, homemade damper bread with cheese and pickles, pork pies as well as the blackboard menu make visiting the Lord a special experience.
Sydney's first Boutique Brewery is famous throughout the globe for its fine, award winning natural ales.
The brewing process begins in the mash tun in the hotel's cellar and is fermented in the brewery in the rear bar level.
